Diagram inside - Is it ok?

Greetings, i've seen a bunch of wiring diagrams, and came up with this setup for MY boat. Is this ok?? I know this is already close to blue sea's diagram but my questions are:

1) is extending the calbes ~15' using blue sea powerpost cable connector ok? If i read the west marine site right the 15 length isn't a big deal with little to no voltage drop. reason for extension is i want to remove the battery weight from the rear of the boat and add it to the front to make the boat to gain transom free board

2) hooking up a on board charger, is this wiring ok? I want to be able to plug the boat in when i get it back to the garage in order to ensure i always have a charged house battery and trolling motor battery. Otherwise i can just get a single bank onboard and just hook that up to trolling motor only too if not ok.

if it matters the boat is a 18' sylvan with 150 mariner mag efi 1998 model years.

The cables really should go up to a #2 battery cable (not 00, just #2) especially with an EFI engine. The biggest reason is to prevent the ECM from the EFI system seeing too much voltage drop. To much voltage drop, and it will crank over, but won't start.
The chart below if from the OEM service manual.

Assuming your primary battery for the automatic charge relay is the starting batterey, hook your battery charger to the starting battery and your trolling motor battery. let the charge relay kick in to charge the house battery.

Ok so run #2 from the blue sea connector post to switch, and switch to batteries. Everything else look ok?

Where is your battery switch and starting battery located? And where are you putting all these batteries and stuff, in an 18' boat?

the proposed position of the switch and two batteries would both be in front, approximately ~15 wire length of the motor. the motor has #6 wire on it with about 8 feet of length to it. I'd cut the wire off about 3 feet shorter than it is, re-crimp with new rings, then attach those to the blue seas posts, then run #4 or #2 from there ~15 feet forward to the switch. Then only about 1-2 feet from switch to batteries.

Yes, that should work. I wouldn't drop down to 4ga. stick with 2.
Also, the charging system only puts out a max of 40A, so you should be able to drop your wire size from 6 to 8ga. going from the ACR to the batteries.

so the onboard charger shouldn't have an issue with being connected to the house battery which is connected via relay to the engine battery should it ?

You need to hook your battery charger to the battery that is hooked to the A terminal of the ACR in order for the charger to keep both house and starting battery fully charged. If you hook the charger up to the battery hooked to the B terminal of the ACR, it will not be able to charge the battery on the A terminal.
