So I used the carb kit to redo my 55 fastwin. I bought the evinrude/Johnson kit and had a few things left over. Everything that I took out old went back in new such as gaskets and stuff so I didn't miss anything that was in there when I took it apart. I put it back on the motor and went to fire her up. It took about 5 pulls then fired like normal, it quickly died before I pushed the choke. I tried repeatedly and the same thing. What's the problem? Do I need to keep trying? Also while pushing the tank button to pressurize I realized a hole in the carb by the choke assembly that would spit fuel when I push the prime button, is this a overflow or is something wrong.
