Did I get a good deal on this 1973 23' Sleek day cruiser? PICS

It's a 1973 23' day cruiser, has a good running 455 olds and everything is there and works! could use a paint job due to the guy I bought it from (ORIGINAL OWNER) had it in his back yard and the dog scratched it up other than that it just needs the interior updated, its water ready. got it for $3,500

I paid the same amount for a 1985 ambasador that needed alot of work to be water ready, and I still thought that it was a good deal.
