dies when giving gas

I have a 1995 johnson 225hp venom thats has been rebuilt, ever since then every time I try to give gas to the motor the motor dies. after time trying I can get it to run but only if holding the choke in while giving gas. The person that rebuilt said that a new fuel pump was put on so I have no idea what it could be.

contaminated carbs, clogged high and mid speed jets, they are in the bottom of the float bowl.
