diesel cummins submerged, can save/or not?

in line 6s submerged 3 days, on land for 3 weeks can they be saved? if so to what extreem, do not know if they can rotate currently. thanks richard

after 3 weeks a complete tear down is nessasary to inspect for corrosion. dont even attempt to crank it.
