My push button breaker tripped and froze open, so I ordered another one and they sent me a different type that isn't the one button operation. It doesn't fit in the mount that the other one did, (it would need a larger hole drilled). Should I send it back and get another push button style or should I convert to this other style of breaker? the one that came with my boat is the one not in the bag.

Suit yourself. The new one looks like a much better breaker and less subject to corrosion. Making a bigger hole is no big deal. Make sure you figure out why the old one tripped and repair that situation as well.

I was kinda thinking along those lines, just wasn't sure. The new one would allow a visual check also which I like as well. It tripped when I was removing the distributer cap. The screwdriver touched a wire leading to the solenoid on top of the motor and melted through the insulation. I think I'll be keeping my battery disconnected when I put it back on.

Likewise I would go with the new one, they are listed as waterproof and they don't rust either.:)
