Different Brand of 3 blade or go to 4

As per my previous post; 96 Mariah Z200 LTD Shabah, 5.7l 1.62 alpha, weight around 2500 pounds. Current WOT is 5000 rpms at 49 mph. Current prop is MW rapture 19. I want more top end. I am not pulling skiers yet, just lil kids on tubes. Should I go with a differnt ss 3 blade in a 19 or 21, or go with a 4 blade ss 20 pitch. I can get a great deal on an Apollo 4 20 pitch. I think this boat should hit 54 mph.

I'll assume your rpm rating is around 4,800.It does appear that a 21 could deliver more speed and get you around 46-4700.If your satisfied with the Rapture stick with it for more predictable results.
Keep in mind that when approaching 50+ a 5 mph increase isn't likely unless your presently pretty well missnatched.I would stay away from the 4 blade. Generally a 4 will lower rpm and speed and if you increase pitch I think you can see what is likely.

I am not happy with the Rapture. Wondering If I should try a 19 Vengeance or turbo or go to a 21 different mfg??

mike, i went with a four blade ss 20 degree Michigan apollo and lost around 5mph at 5000 rpm BUT gained phenominal performance and hole shot. We wakeboard and I hardly run WOT. This is coming from a 3 blade SS 19 degree Rapture.

Your headed in the wrong direction looking for more top end by going up in degrees (in my limited experience anyway).
