Different Style of Trolling Motor

Please look at the attached website and comment on whether anyone has tryed this type of trolling motor.

I am considering it, I have a 24" JC Tritoon with a Mercruiser 470 engine.

Your thoughts please.

A friend uses the Minnkota version of that on his bass boat and really likes it.
