Disabling VRO question

I got some replys to a previous post, but still have 2 questions, which connector do I un hook to dosable the alarm, and will the overheat alarm still work?

Disconnect the connector from the VRO pump, it will have either 3 or 4 wires. To test the overheat circuit ground the tan wire on the sensor (on the head) to the block and with the key on it should sound.
