okay--- a buddy of mine has a 50hp johnson.....sorry, i don't know the exact year. early '90's model. his oil injection system has never really worked since he owned the boat but every now and then, he just premixes. he asked me last night how would be a good way to disconnect that system. says it works from time to time and when it does, he blows black exhaust smoke and the low level alarm sounds. he just wants to cut it out completely. thanks for the help guys.
