I am finally up to connecting up the new stove for the boat-yeah...but (always a but!!). Meant to run on those disposable propane camping type bottles which I can source no issues there but, for either the coleman screw type bottles or the other ones that would use a bayonet type fitting, whilst I can find plenty of fittings for the bottle directly ie lights, stove element etc, I cant find a simple connector that has a on/off and enables me to fit the stove supply hose directly to the bottle..
Any ideas??

Also,do I need a regulator??
Thanks

Just be REAL CAREFUL............

Propane is heavier than air and will collect in the lowest portions of the boat (below deck....the bilge etc) and is VERY explosive.

Thanks. External gas locker beside open deck and large blower mounted behind equip near fridge stove area. If was an inboard cant say I'd be going there but with an outboard consider it a bit safer.:))....I hope...

Remember to soap you fittings when you do a preasure test. (checking for bubbles)
and remember you need lots of fresh air when the stoves on if your cooking inside.
