with the prestalite distributor in a 4.3l omc? will i have to change the shifter module now that iv put a ignitor2 electronic ignition in.

Nothing about the shifter, just bolt it in time it up an go....

you need to replace your ESA with the electronic ignition compatible unit from Rapair/CDI
