DIY Boat Top

I am going to make a camper top for my 21' I/O bow rider and searching the Net and iboats isn't coming up with much information.

Has anyone seen good information online about handling seams, zippers, reinforcing, etc. to do a nice professional job?

(I have sewed everything from clothing to a airplane fabric but not a boat top! LOL!)

Most of the people here are not what you would call professional when it comes to sewing. A few have done seats and cushions but I have not seen anyone do a cover yet. Youtube has a few videos but nothing other than basic stuff on seats. If you find anything in your search be sure to share it as I'm sure it will be helpful for us as well.
