DIY Prop hub repair?

Just curious if special tools or anything else is needed to press a new hub into a prop. Seems like a simple procedure unless I am missing something. anyone have any experience with this? Thanks....<br /><br />/mike

depending on the prop. large ones we used a 30 ton hydraulic press in a safty cage. the safty cage is a must. i like my body parts still attached.

Thanks, Rodbolt........... I'm pretty handy and have the capability press-wise, but no safety cage. Perhaps this one is best left to my friends @ the Prop Shop. Thanks for the info......<br /><br />/mike
