Hey guys, last post i swear asking for advice, i just came across this today (there is a newer ad on CL .. asking the same amount, but this one had the best photos).. what do you think, i dont think it is worth 2350 thats for sure - what do you think? and what year do you think the motor is?? I just came across today again, so i will call tomorrow and ask but any input helps thanks

Operative words in his title/description..."must sell now" and "or best offer". Go see boat. Offer $1K. If he balks, tell him thank you for his time and ask that he please call you if he has no other offers that beat yours. It's a buyers market my friend. I'm not an OB guy, but it appears to be a late 80's to early 90's model. Ask him for the serial number when you get him on the phone.

Thanks for the answer. I guessed so, but just not sure. Btw, if somebody says the price is negotiable, usually how much percentage of the asking price could be dropped off?

he will settle at 2.........but he is still whacked.......no deal bud......you saw that tinny for 25....that was a good deal.. this guy is wayyyy over priced.

damnit i know.. you are right haha, that tinny just brings bad memories.. my first call i get an appointment and we settle then 5 days go by with minimal communication and finally on the 12th call they get the guts to tell me its sold, you guys are helping a rediculous amount on prices and i figure id be happy paying 16 or 1700 on this guys depending on motor and (my test results) etc. Im just worried that prices will duplicate come summer.. and very little in vancouver will be on sale come winter.

the vancouver cl board is quite steady....even in the winter.......
im watching kelowna and the interior for you...as well as some specialised boat sites that the public does not get into.


there is a little k&c thermoglass with a 30 tohatsu on cl now for 800......but that is a little too small motor for you....you need at least a 50

are you willing to go to the states to get a good deal? how far are you willing to drive?

The fact that he has a metal plate on the transom is not a good sign. Looks like he drives around with the motor up. Look real closely for a cracked transom.

you pay the pst crossing the boarder......not sure now about the forced hst.

you will need a copy of the add from cl.....and the bill of sale/title/ trailer title....just to proove that you didnt steal it.

i actually drove to vegas for a boat....got a 90 bayliner, for 1700....it needed repair....but i used it for 3 seasons and sold it for 7800.

the prices will start to come down soon......start looking in the seattle area
