Do I have a power pack? 1970 40hp Evinrude Big Twin

Hi,

Does a 1970 40 hp Evinrude Big Twin Electric Start (manual shift) model 40052A have a power pack? I just got an OMC original service manual and I don't see a reference to a power pack. Trying to learn all the parts. Also, I plan to do a compression check on the cylinders. After I warm up the engine, should I leave the fuel line to the portable fuel take connected or should I disconnect. I will remove the spark plugs and ground the plug wires.

nope.

you can go to shopevinrude.com and get exploded diagrams and parts lists. just put in your info under parts.
