Do I need to Winterize?

I live in Austin, TX where we get about 5-10 freezing days during the winter. Do I need to winterize the boat for the entire winter?

Most of the winter here is pleasant, cold, but pleasant. There are many, many days when the temps are in the 70's. We are planning on going out on the lakes on weekends this winter even on cold days just to enjoy the boat.

Do I need to winterize? What precautions can I take for those few freezing days?

Just drain the boats cooling system per the owners manual or service manual.
