Do they Make a Synthetic Marine grease for wheel bearings on a trailer?

Yes.....they sure do. It may not say marine but Valvoline,Mobile one and some other companies make synthetic bearing grease.

I actually thought that most of the modern, marine axle grease offerings were synthetic, these days. I just put a new axle and hubs on one of my trailers and used a cheap house brand marine grease - its green in color and is synthetic.

Amsoil GWR synthetic water resistant grease.

Wynns Ultrasynth, I use it in everything, if it will stand up in the bearings in a stock car it will work for anything else
