It was originally bent, then i straughtened it using a hammer and anvil. Now its cracked see the pictures.

Do you think there is a potential refurb here, or is it a new prop needed ????

I'd take it to the shop and ask them the question. My opinion is that it is fixable.
They have all the jigs for prop pitch and can probably repair the crack and establish proper pitch for all the blades.
