1984 20 hp johnson does it same bore size and engine cc as 25hp??

does it speed same on both 20 and 25hp on 14' S-14 lund boat?

If you're talking about the same years, then yes, they are the same displacement (31.5 cui.). They should afford similar performance, with the 25 having a little more grunt due to better carburetion...

Yes, the only differences would be in the fuel system. You can confirm by looking at the parts listings at shop2.evinrude.com
