Does anybody have acess to a carfax report?

Hello,

I need to run a carfax report on my parents car, does anybody have access to it for free? If not, no big deal, i can buy it, but i thought i would ask.

I know how useless they can be, but i just want to see the status if the title and whether the thing is a lemon.

I would use this service, not carfax :

Its the one used by the state of WI and is linked from the state dmv site. It is also used by 25 other states.

Current fees range from approximately $2 to $7 per report.

For those of you out there that end up using Carfax: Please do so fully recognizing that it is far from the all inclusive depository of a cars past that they claim it to be.

I'm surprised that so many people are fooled by their un-substantiated claims.
