Howdy zzada.

You have 2 of each. For each cylinder the small insulated wire from the coil, the condenser wire and the kill switch wire all connect to the side of the points that is not grounded. If there are 2 wires from the coil, the other one is grounded.

Be sure that you have the correct cylinder, it will be the one that hits TDC very close to when the points (.020) break for that magneto.

If that doesn't help you need a manual. We might have one. Click on Repair Manuals at the bottom of the page.

Good luck. :)

Re: does anyone know how to wire flywheel magneto ignition?

its wired correct still no spark :( i have a manual it recommends the use of a "merc-o-tronic, graham model 51 or stevens m.a.-75 tester" since the coil, points and condenser are new i am thinking the installer (myself) is faulty is there a tester for that :D i have taking it to a boat shop and there dignosis was "no spark, motor outdated need to upgrade most parts n/a" and would not work on it. i would like to fix it but do not know what to do now  does anybody have any suggestions, what to check now without the merc-o-tronic tester?

Many Parts are available at NAPA auto parts.
Also any well established E/J dealer.can supply parts and do the repair.
The magneto ignition is very similar to a lawn mower and easy to work on if you understand it.
If you or a friend has tuned an older lawn
mower you can do the outboard.
Be sure the points are at .020 when fully
open. Be sure the coils are alligned with the ridge on the plate. So the armatures are not to far from the flywheel magnets nor so close they rub.
Also check the kill switch to be sure it isnt shorted or grounded. Motor runs with switch open,
stops with the switch closed.
Study the schematic to be sure you are wired correctly.
