Does anyone know where to get these type of latch?

they grommet style latches are used for my sunpad over the engine compartment. I want to use them for the bench seat also. but i cant realy find them anywhere..

The part fixed the vertical seat turns to lock in the part with the black strap.

I will keep looking but just thought some one might know.

Thanks for the tip smokeonthewater That was just what i needed.. no wonder i couldnt find them, they are called "common sense fasteners" lol

Not that i got a new winch strap and can use the old strap for these new tie downs...
