Does anyone recognize what brand this boat may be?

I was given this 12' glass row boat the the other day, its single wall hull construction with a single wooden bench seat in the middle with boxed in bow and stern areas that I suppose contain flotation.
The rub rail is L shaped and molded to fit, the transom has 3/4" plywood panels inside and outside where the motor goes.

Its a light hull, as light as my 12' Grumman V hull.
There are no numbers or brand markings on it anywhere.
