Does E-TEC come with tiller handle steering

Looking to purchasing a 2007 Sylvan Sport Troller 1600
by around next spring at the very latest. Boat is tiller steer model. My question is; Can you get a 40 hp E-TEC
with tiller handle steering,along with power trim& tilt? Also,motor must be electric start.

They are available with electric start and trim and tilt.
also tiller with electrc start.I don't know about tiller,electric start and trim and tilt.
