Does not runat full throttle

Hell, Anyone

I have 1964 evinrude 2 cylinder 28hp. I rebuilt carburator, I took a boat out for testing Saturday. It idles perfect, but when I tryto run at full throtle seemed like It does not rev up at all, by sounding of motor.

The motor seems to run at low speed like 5 mph. It run good thoug.

What is the problem could that be. Thank you.

Check compression and spark. Sounds like maybe one cylinder isn't firing, and it'll idle well on one..

You sure you cleaned that carb well? pulling orifice plugs etc? sounds like a dirty high speed jet to me.
