does not want to idle

morning, took my new to me boat out Sat. starts and ran great. just does not want to idle, good compression, good spark, carbs rebuilt last fall. is there a idle adjustment somewhere? 1994 Johnson 150 J150EXERV

there is an idle speed adjustment, but if the motor has been sitting a while, could be clogged pickup tubes to the low speed jets. carbs can be clean yesterday, and get contaminated today. sitting old gas, causes carb problems/
