does Sea Hunt Escape 17' Dual Console conduit for wiring between consoles?

Just purchased '98 Sea Hunt Escape 172 (17') and so far I have not found a passage for wiring to be pulled from driver to passenger console.
I need to run a 12v line for accsy plug and speaker wire for radio. I'm concerned about cutting out the Fiberglas bottom in each console and dealing with all the foam under the deck.

Anyone familiar with this boat and can help me out here?
