Does the Honda tractor steering wheel use a tapered mount like a boat wheel does

I need to change out the steering wheel on the honda to a snapper style handlebar, the honda folk figgered on tiny little ginks going bonzai around the bonsai trees ... <br /><br />its either that or remount the seat further back, and that might mess up that gorgeous, gleaming like a brand new tractor rear deck<br /><br />(honest to god, I dont think the guy let a mowing go by without scrubbing the whole tractor down, steam cleaning the engine, etc giving a coat of wax just in case MAN can you tell this guy was anal)<br /><br />Any info would be appreciated!<br /><br />Thanks!<br /><br />
