Does this idle seem rough? '96 Mercury 115 ELPTO (Video)

I read that my engine (0G386904) runs on 2 cylinders until I hit a certain RPM range so it has a somewhat rough idle by spec. I feel that the motor has a lot of shaking going on regardless but decided I'd let the experts give her a listen. In the video you'll notice a lot of left-to-right movement during idle. Is this a problem with the boat equivalent of a motor mount vibration dampener? Thanks.

That is normal. You have a 2+2 motor meaning only the top 2 cylinders fire at idle.
