Does this price sound right?

I was looking around to see what a 1988 Yamaha 115hp (115ETLG) was worth, and came across this:

Is $440 realistic for this motor in average condition?

I would like to get an opinion from some of you, before I throw ~$1200 (i.e.$800 into a new lower unit and $300 into controls).

I have found Nada to be very low in most cases. Do some searching on the net and see what that motor is going for. Especially in your area as it will vary.
