I was practicing in my backyard with my new castnet while my dogs were outside. I make a throw and as I release, my dog walks right under the net. Perfect pancake too. Well of course she takes off with the net on top of her. She runs to the end of the line and tries to keep going but the line is stuck on my wrist, and the net closes around her. She rips a huge hole in the net around the weights, big enough for her to get out of. (she's a lab) What a hole that was to patch up. It's maybe 3 feet long.
