Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink, I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, it is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than to be selfish and worry about my liver!​

I'm with ya on this!!! We all need to do our part to help our fellow man reach his dreams, so I'll reach into the fridge for another beer.

I've got a funny story...

I work for a rep firm & we sell industrial process controls. One of our customers is Diageo who has a local plant here in MD that bottles, among other things, my favorite beverage - Capt Morgan spiced rum.

I get a call one Monday am from them looking for a liquid leak detector for alcohol. I had a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach & asked if it was on the Morgan line & sure enough it was...imagine my shock & horror!

Well, I made an investment & GAVE them the leak detector - with instructions that if it ever goes into alarm, they are to call me immediately & I will show up pronto to put my yap over the pipe!

Haven't got the call yet, though.
