Don't know if this is normal or not...

Had carb/flooding issues ('79 'rude 35hp/35953A) described in another thred, rebuilt and now runs great. Still spits and sputters just a little bit in the mid range though.

When I opened up the carb, the smaller tube inside the bigger tube looks like it's bent. Not sure what these tubes are called, etc., but posted a pic.

Is this normal, or should that little tube be in the center of the big one?
