Foam is above the deck and under seats should be dry right?
Look again-

on the shovel you will see water being squeezed out and the wood floor is getting rot. And is wet as all get out.

And to think I was actually going to leve the rear area alone!. The floor did not flex much. But the straight edge showed that it was bowed about 1/2 inch in the middle so I thought I would take a look.

Rmac, I was going to leave this area alos but even though the floor seemed solid oce I cut across the floor in front of the seats I saw the water issues.

The wood above the floor is very good but about 1 to 2 iches on the bottom is rotting. The area where the bildge is is gone. The stringers though are in good shape. Luck the transom is holding steady also.
