www.ezinkjets.com<br />This website should be avoided for any computer/ printer related supplies. I placed a simple $20.00 order for a remanufactured ink cartridge for my Lexmark on 9-29-04. They offered free shipping as well. My credit card was billed within 3 days, and I still have no product. I have sent 4 inquiries to their " customer Service" people, and have been blown off. Please i-boaters, pass this on to others to avoid. It is only $20.00 for me, (cheap education) but someone you know could get beat for more. Still waiting for GM Card to investigate. I will post a follow up as I get info.

Try these people, NyM. I use them all the time. I even buy their laser printer cartridges for my HP 2100. I had one problem with an inkjet cartdridge, they quickly sent out a replacement and return lable. They ship quickly. wanna save money? buy re-fill kit and do yurself.<br />otherwise buy new ones IMO.

I have tried to refill several cartridges since the first generation HP's, with no luck. The first generation of cartridges had the blue caps and you could see thru them. Later cartridges with the green caps and beyond, you could not see through and I've never been able to make them work.

kit comes with a syringe that u stick the the<br />white plastic circle thingy on the top... <br />it's exactly what re-fill co's do.<br />there's even a hole there to make it easy.

Think my son has one. Got my old one working by soaking the tip in hot water for 5 minutes. Still p**s's me off they can't acknowledge the failure to deliever.
