double ended studs for saginaw pump in UK?

Hi all,
I've had one of the double-ended studs shear on my saginaw power steering pump. Looks like they're hard to find in the UK, and it's going to cost $46 to deliver from the US!

Does anyone know where I can get them, or something I can use instead? I think it's a 3/8-16 thread. I could just get some threaded bar and a couple nuts at a push.

Ayuh,..... A piece of all-thread, 'n a couple of nuts, Oughta do the trick,......
