DP Outdrive will not go up

my 2006 DP outrive will not trim up when at planing speed. Works great when going slow or stopped. Any ideas???

If the pumps 2 hydraulic lines are hooked up correctly, there is a high pressure and low pressure side of the pump.
I would guess the pressure relief valve in the pump is failing, and can't overcome the pressure from the prop pushing the drive down.

Thanks Don, is this a replaceable prt or do I need a new pump?
