My Thunderjet boat came with a while nylon threaded boat plug which is great. I have searched all over and can not find any others to buy. Tried the standard Canadian Tire boat plugs, but my engine knocks it through when I adjust it down to far. I just want more of those screw in plugs! Thought of trying metal ones, but worried it reacts with the aluminum. Where can I find vinyl/plastic or aluminum screw in boat plugs?

Try a shop that sells plumbing fittings. Even Canadian Tire.
If it's NPT then they should have synthetic plugs that will work.

If it's NPT threads, you can go where PVC ftgs. are sold and find a PVC plug. You can also make one by taking a PVC MIP adapter and a cap with a short piece of pipe.

The plumbing department of any home store (Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc.) will have the threaded plastic pipe plugs. Dirt cheap so buy several.

If you run into a brick wall with all the above suggestions, find a machine shop. Bring your current plug with you, the machinist should be able to figure out what thread it is and he could make you however many plugs you want for not too much money.

if its NPT, it should be bronze, however you can use plastic

if its a straight thread with an o-ring, it will be plastic or bronze or stainless.
