Hello, great BB.
I am a new boat owner, can someone help me on this.

I have a 16ft semi flat boat(side counsel, Boston whaler looking) it has 4 drain plugs. 1 is located on the very bottom and I know its for the hull and it should be plugged when in the water. My bilge pump is in there . The other 2 plugs are on the transom and I usally plug them too but no water comes in them since they are above water level. The last drain plug is in the floor near the stern by the transom. This one is for the deck and the exit hole is bove the hull plug. I do not cover this plug, do I need to? (it does not have scculpers (SP?)I think it is a 90 degree plastic pipe from the deck hole to to the exit hole. I leave it unplugged so when it rains the water will drain from the deck and when underway I leave it unplugged. Only little bit of water comes in and out( no more then 2 cups) but nothing to worry about( I think) should I be plugging this drain when underway and at dock or is it ok to leave it unplugged at all time?
