drain set up

I own an 18' fish and ski that has (2) 3/4" drain hoses that empty into the bilge. What do these go to? I have been chasing down a leak and have begun trying to eliminate all possibilities. Please take a look at the pictures and let me know

The first pic is of the fill and vent hoses for the gas tank, not sure about the 2nd pic.

Thanks for the response GA,
There are 4 hoses in the first pic. The gas fill and vent, the gas supply line to fuel filter and the bottom one is a 3/4" open drain that is obscured by the other hoses. The second pic is on the other front (bow) side of the bilge and is another 3/4" open drain. Maybe these are some sort of deck drains? I can't see where they go so they must be under the decking somewhere?
