Model 5.0/220hp serial #0w626723 manual that can with boat seems to cover sea water system well but is vauge on fresh water {non closed system}. So far I have pulled three blue drain plugs two from exhaust maifolds and one from hose by the harmonic balancer. Is there any thing else that I need to do?

Thanks in advance.

Sea water systems is what the boat sits in, rather it's fresh water or salt water doesn't matter. It's considered the sea water (or raw water) side of the cooling system.

You still have the block to drain (plug on each side) the PS cooler.
