draining riser and exhaust with closed cooling

just curious... is there a way or even a need to drain the exhaust risers with a FWC kit?

the drain plugs all drain the coolant side...

I know flushing with muffs after every use are still helpful but I'm more curious about with short term storage and any need to drain that area...

There is no need to drain the risers, even if it was possible. The water there is not contained, so it has plenty room the expand if it were to freeze. It exits directly out of the riser with the exhaust.
