Well, it looks like I may have a bent inner, and potentially outer shaft on the DPS-A 2.14 ratio outdrive - using F5 props.
Researching some options about replacement, considering swapping out the drive completely.
I have found some fairly priced 2.32 ratio DPS-D1 drives, and curious how changing the ratio, and shifting to FH4 props might affect the RPMs. Currently sit at 4900-4950rpm with a 5.7GXI-K engine in a 2009 Monterey 260 Sport Cruiser. Also is a DPS-D1 Outdrive compatible with my SXA transom? I know the DPS-B's were
