OK, i have been installing my nose cone and repainting my drive. I had it on horses upside down. I came home to find the cover had blown away and rain was falling into and around the opening for the drive shaft and shifter cable etc. Is this bad? It is a bravo I drive. I had the u-joint all taped up with plastic to avoid getting the paint on it so that never got wet. When I found it I turned it right side up and took it inside, and water spilled out of the openings there, so i hope this means there is a seal beyond the seal created by mounting to the transom assembly? Thanks, Mike.

Ayuh,........

As long as it's a Complete Drive,......
Any opennings that could have gotten Wet, Other than the Input Shaft area, are Wet when the Drive is In-place........

No Problem......
