Drive question

Hi guys, I am converting my boat over to mercruiser. I have both an alpha drive and an SEI06. I'm trying to decide which one I should run. Both have approximately the same hours on them and are pretty close in condition by looking at them. Is one better than the other? I have heard it both ways. I will be at my max hp range of 300hp so I know neither may last forever but I don't plan on racing it or shooting it out of the hole. I have a drive shower also.

Just checking to see what the pros think. Thanks.

Ayuh,.... They are virtually the Exact same drive,....

No difference,.....

Here's an idea, run it with the SEI06 and if or when it comes time to sell the boat, let it go with the alpha drive installed, that should help with the resale value in your favor.
