2003 Johnson 140 4-stroke. Dropped the lower unit to change out the water pump impeller (I'm the second owner) and there was the remanents of what I later figured out to be the drive shaft bushing. I have a new one in hand, but for the life of me can't find exactly how to put in the new one. Seloc hasn't helped. Apparently it's only on the 25in shaft version. If anyone has any experience with this please help before I start tearing down my exhaust housing!!! Also, is there any possible damage that could have resulted from this? I'm sure it's there for a reason, just don't know why. Thanks!
