I am planning on having my pontoons cleaned by the dry ice sandblasting method. The web site is here: http://www.polarclean.com/
Does anyone have any comments on this process? The local company says it is far superior to acid washing and gets in all the cracks and crannies and cleans the wiring and gas lines as well.

Never heard of that before. Sounds intriguing though. Let us know if you go through with this. Especially the cost !!!

They use it on antique books and paintings so I don'r see how it could hurt your boat at all.

Was watching a show the other day and they were doing that to some priceless book, it was pretty cool.

Unless I hear of bad results, I should have mine done in a week or so. Same price as acid wash. I'll post "before" and "after" pictures.
