Oil injected? Try it with no injection and 50:1 premix.

Too much oil is just one possibility, grub.

I am not a Suzispert, so I am talking fundamentals.

Other fundamental possibilities include wrong plugs, wrong gap on the plugs, over-rich mixture, wrong timing and weak spark.

My troubleshooting strategy is to eliminate possibilities; so try it without the oil injection.

yep i think ur right...adjusted injection to specs took it for a rub today went really good(gave it a decarb and made a big dif) if u idle to long it starts to smoke up and miss a little...give it a little rev up and it gos fine...gonna try disconecting the oil injected and run a mix thru a test tank....if that dont work i think it would be spark proplem.....its not as powerfull as other motor.....touch the throttle on good motor just a little it revs very quickly...the bad motor(one fouling plugs) is not as peaky ...will rev and pick up like other one but not as sharp reving as good one....thanks alot for the info...grub
