DT115 EFI Rev+overheat+CEL=???

I have a DT115 EFI 2-stroke that keeps giving me a false overheat and rev warning. It takes about 2-10 seconds on a cold engine to get the warning. It has a dummy plug where the water flow sensor used to be and I don't see another one. I have replaced the temp sensor with no change. Any help is greatly appreciated!
